He is Managing Director of the Studio One and Paper Tiger group of shops in Edinburgh. Started in 1966 by his father, a former woodworking teacher who started out making and selling his own furniture, Studio One and Paper Tiger have always had a social ethos. Daniel maintains a strong focus on staff opportunity and development. His business was the first independent retailer to be certified as a Living Wage employer in Edinburgh.
Prior to joining the family firm, Daniel worked for 7 years as a management consultant for Accenture. He worked on a variety of business development and transformation projects in the financial services industry.
